What are we looking for in this position?
The Regional Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and market penetration. Leveraging deep industry knowledge and strategic insights the regional sales manager identifies key opportunities and forges strong relationships with healthcare facilities and key decision makers. The regional sales manager supports in guiding product development and market positioning which aligns with the company goals and objectives.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Adherence to the company management systems and QHSES responsibilities as defined within the ‘overview and context of the organisation’ document.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the healthcare sector.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services to existing clients.
- Prospect and engage with potential clients to expand the client portfolio and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Track and analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize profitability.
What will we need you to have?
- Proven experience selling to the NHS
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in the healthcare or med-tech industry.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Able to spend 60% of time on the road with clients.
